Not all campaigns on BetterWorld require you to make an account in order to complete a donation. If you have previously participated in an organization's campaign without setting a password to create an account, you checked out as a "Guest". This article will show you how you can still access and manage your donation history!

How to check if you have a guest account:
To verify you do not have a BetterWorld account, click this link to sign in. If you do have an account but forgot your password, you can always click Forgot Password to send a reset link to your email. Or feel free to utilize our Magic Link option to send a unique login link to your email.
If none of the above works, it is likely that you do not have a BetterWorld account. This means you have previously checked out as a "Guest".
How to login to your guest account
To access your Guest Account, click this link to be taken to the Guest Center. You'll be asked to enter the email you used when you made your donation(s).
Please note: If you receive the error message "You already have a BetterWorld account", please try to login to your account here.
After entering your email, a unique link will be sent to you! Head to your email inbox to find it.
The email you receive will come from BetterWorld and look like this, click Manage my donations in that email to be taken to your Guest Account.
Now you have successfully logged into your account! Here you can view past donations, manage reoccurring donations and update your payment methods!

Login to your Guest Account here.
On the main page of your account, click any campaign at the top to view your past activity!
