What is the profile page?
Your team's profile page is the donor-facing page where donors can read about your team and view the different campaigns you have set up in BetterWorld. It's a good page to share with your donors if you have multiple campaigns running at the same time
How to view our profile page?
To view your profile page, log into your admin dashboard and click on your team's name in the upper right-hand corner.
Next, click on the name of your organization listed at the top of the dropdown menu.
That will bring you to the profile page! It will look similar to this:
To return to your dashboard, just click "Dashboard" in the upper right-hand corner.
How to edit my organization's profile page?
To edit your profile page, head to Profile Settings in the dashboard.
In the video below you can watch how easy it is to update your profile, add a logo, add a cover image, change the donation button, and set featured campaigns.
How to share your profile page!
You can share your profile page link or use the automatically generated QR code.
To Find the QR code:
From your dashboard, click on your organization's logo on the top, right-hand corner.
Then, click on "Team Settings."
Once you're in "Team Settings," scroll to the bottom of the page and find the QR code.
Click on "Save Image." This QR code will now download to your computer.
Please note: if you change the URL (web address) of your profile page at any time, the previous QR code will no longer work and you will need to download a new one.
