How many images can I have per Auction item?
Items can have up to four high resolution images per item. When possible, try to have all four images for an item – we think it looks best that way! JPEG, PNG and all standard image formats work great. Learn how to add auction items here.
What size should Auction images be?
Horizontal images tend to look best on BetterWorld. The dimensions are 1240 x 824, but our system will automatically resize the image to those dimensions for you. Medium- or high-resolution images also tend to work best. Under 400kb things may start to look grainy, and over 2MB it may take longer to load, so aim for something in between for most images. There’s no ‘max size’ or minimum size though.
How to size an image so that the full image is visible?
We actually built a tool to put an image on a white background so that you can see the entire image.
Once you've uploaded the image, click on the four arrows icon in the bottom right.
That will place the image on a white background so that the entire image is visible.
Then just click Save and you're all set!
