I put in the wrong bid - help!

In order to protect nonprofits, our formal policy is that all bids are final.

That being said, mistakes happen - and we totally get it!

If you incorrectly placed a bid (such as submitting a normal bid instead of a max bid, adding an extra "0" to your bid, etc.) -- reach out to us using the Contact Us form. Let us know the auction, the name of the item, and what you intended to do. If you let us know quickly enough, we're often able to go in manually and resolve things.
