My tickets aren't showing up!

There are generally two things that could be going on here. We'll help you solve either!

1. The ticket deadline ends before the event.

If your ticket sales are ending too early, you can update the deadline by following these steps:

  1. Head over to your dashboard.betterworld.org

  2. Click Manage on the campaign

3. Click on Settings

4. Update the ticket deadline to the end date of your event

2. Alternatively, the ticket purchase deadline has passed for an individual ticket

If no tickets are available for purchase, it might be because the deadline for purchasing tickets has passed. To fix this:

1. Navigate to the Tickets section.

2. Click the pencil icon to edit the specific ticket you want to update.

3. Either remove the Purchase Deadline or set it to a future date.
