Some donors may like to donate to your cause and support your organization while buying a ticket. Here are the ways they can do this!
Use the Donate button:
In the top right corner of every campaign page on BetterWorld there is a Donate button. This button is connected to a Standard Donation campaign that is set up by default in your BetterWorld account.
You can edit this button from your dashboard:
Click Edit Profile in the drop-down menu at the top right of your screen.
Select Donation button in the menu on your left.
Here you can choose whether or not to show the donation button on your campaign pages, edit the button's text and choose which donation campaign you would like the button to link to! Click Save when you are finished.
Hyperlink a donation campaign to your auction's description:
You can link a donation campaign into your event's description so your ticket purchasers can easily click to donate as they read more about your event! To do this:
Navigate to your dashboard, and click Manage on the event you would like to add the linked text to.
Head to Settings on the left side menu, then scroll down to Event Details. Highlight the text you want to hyperlink and click the Chain link icon.
Now you can paste the link to the donation page you would like to redirect your donors to. When you're finished, hit the Check mark button to save.
Perfect, now your text is hyperlinked and highlighted in blue!
Create a ticket-type for donations:
You can create as many ticket types as you'd like! Including options for donation "tickets" or even "sponsorships" that your ticket purchasers can add to their transaction for an even bigger contribution to your cause! Here's what that could look like:

Please note: these donations will be listed as a 'ticket purchased' under your ticketed event in the dashboard.
