For now, the easiest way to transfer data into your CRM is by downloading it from BetterWorld as a CSV file and uploading it into your donor management tool. Nearly all the information you see on BetterWorld is available in a convenient table format, allowing you to download and organize any data you need seamlessly. Here's how:

1. From the dashboard click Donor management in the left sidebar.

2. Then click the download button located on the right side of the table's top bar.

Done! You have successfully downloaded the CSV file from donor management.
