How to Add Offline or Paper Tickets to Your Event

Paper Tickets Purchased Offline Can be Easily Added to BetterWorld!

1. From the dashboard click on Ticketed Events, then Manage on the campaign.

2. Click Tickets in the left sidebar.

3. Click Create An Offline Purchase along the top bar.

4. Open the ticket type drop down menu and select the ticket you'd like to add to this purchase.

5. Next, input the quantity of tickets and optionally the quantity of any add-ons. Once done, click Continue.

6. You will see a summary of the selected tickets and add-ons.

7. Next you can either choose to input a New donor or choose from a list of Existing donors. For a new donor you will need their first name, last name and optionally their email address. If you add their email you can choose to sent an automatic email receipt with a pdf ticket and registration link.

8. If you click Existing donor you can search donors by name or paddle number.

9. If more than one donor record appears under the same name choose the record with the checkmark next to it. This checkmark indicates the record is connected to a verified user account.

10. If you added more than one ticket to the offline purchase you can optionally add the guest's name and email here. You or the primary ticket holder can also add this information after the purchase is completed.

11. Next you have the option to add a discount code and opt in or out of the email receipt. The email receipt will include the ticket's unique registration link as well as a pdf ticket. If you added an email for a guest they will also receive an email with a registration link and pdf ticket.
If you added any custom questions to the event or tickets you will see them here and can answer them on the attendee's behalf. Once done, click Save.

12. Done! You have successfully added an offline ticket. You can now see the purchase listed on the Overview page.

13. The attendees you added will also appear on the Attendees page.
