Adding winning bidders and the winning bid amount to your live auction items is easy! From your dashboard click Auctions > Manage on your live auction > Bids.

Then click the Enter bid button next to the item.

A window will pop up and you will be first prompted to enter the winning bid amount. Then you can add the donor's information or select from a list of existing donors if your winning bidder is already in your account.

Once you are done entering the winning bidders/bids and the auction bidding time has passed you will see a notification promoting you to close the auction. Once you click the button to close the auction you will no longer be able to add or edit bids. All winning bidders will be notified via email to check out and submit payment for the items won.

After you close the auction you will automatically be directed to the payment page. It will appear blank at first but as winning bidders pay their invoice their payments will appear in the table. You will have to refresh the page to see new payments.

Now, head to fulfillment to connect winners with their items.
