Adding winning bidders and the winning bid amount to your Live Auction items is easy! Simply follow these instructions below:

1. From your dashboard click Auctions on the left side of the screen. Then, click Manage on your live Auction.

2. Click Bids in the left sidebar.

3. Once on the Bids page click the Enter bid button next to the item.

4. A window will pop up and you will be first prompted to enter the winning bid amount. Then you can add the donor's information or select from a list of existing donors if your winning bidder is already in your account.

Please Note: Existing donors can be searched by name or paddle number, if previously added. Some existing donors will have a checkmark next to their name. This check mark means that their account is verified. If possible you want to use the contact with a verified account to send the Auction item invoice. If the paddle number you search does not have a contact with a checkmark, try searching your donor's name instead.

5. Once you are done entering the winning bidders/bids and the Auction bidding time has passed you will see a notification promoting you to close the Auction. Once you click the Close Auction now button you will no longer be able to add or edit bids. All winning bidders will be notified via email to check out and submit payment for the items won.

6. After you close the Auction you will automatically be directed to the payment page. It will appear blank at first but as winning bidders pay their invoice their payments will appear in the table. You will have to refresh the page to see new payments.

7. Now, head to fulfillment to connect winners with their items.

After you enter the winning bids and close the live auction winning bidders will be emailed an invoice and prompted to pay for their winning bids.

From the email, they can click on the Go to checkout button to pay for their winning bids.

The Go to checkout button will lead the winning bidder to a checkout page where they can add a card or pay with one they already have on file. They can choose what optional fees they want to cover and click Pay now to finish their payment.

After the payment was successful winning bidders will automatically receive a receipt email. This email includes a Arrange to receive your items button that links to the fulfillment center.

On the fulfillment page, they can view details about fulfillment, choose their fulfillment method, and send the organization messages. To note, shipping is only an option for your winners if you add it as an option in the Fulfillment & Shipping settings. Here is an article that explains more about how to add shipping as an option.
