Here is how to see when a winner has paid for their items after a live auction! You can also send reminders to anyone who has not yet paid.

There are two places to check if the items in your Live Auction have been paid for. First, from your Live Auction in the dashboard, click "Bids." Now that your auction has closed and all winning bids have been finalized, you can use this page to keep track of the payment status of each item won.

This screen shows a table of the items and their winners and winning bids. The "Paid" column will show "Yes" if the item has been paid for. Every bidder who has won a bid but not yet paid in full has by now received an automatic email reminder from BetterWorld. We've already encouraged them to check out and complete payment for their items.

If you'd like to follow up again with select winners, you are able to send custom checkout reminders right from this page. To send checkout reminders, click "SELECT WINNERS WHO HAVEN'T PAID" and then click "SEND CHECKOUT REMINDERS."

Next, add a custom reminder and click "Send."

The second place to check if the items in your Live Auction have been paid for is under "Payments." Click "Payments"

Next, click the "STATUS" column. The "Successful" payments will sort to the top. That's how to know if a winner has paid for their Live Auction items!
