Not all campaigns on BetterWorld require you to make an account in order to complete a donation. If you have previously made a donation without setting a password to create an account, you checked out as a "Guest". This article will show you how you can still access that donation and download a receipt!
The first place to look for your receipt would be in your email inbox. All receipts are sent there automatically! You can search "BetterWorld" or "[email protected]" to make things easier.
The second place you can find receipts is in the BetterWorld guest center, here's how:
1. Head to the Guest Center, and click on Donations.
2. Click View next to the transaction to see the receipt.
3. Now you are viewing the receipt, from here you can save it for your records!
