When placing a bid for the first time, you can choose to provide your phone number! It'll look like this:

You will also need to check the "I want to receive text message" box to opt into receiving texts from BetterWorld. If you do so, you will get automatic texts notifying you when you are outbid, with the link to easily return to the bidding page!

If you already have an account, you can manage notifications in your account settings. To opt into outbid notifications, first check that you have a valid phone number in your Account. Next, make sure you check the box for Outbid Alerts under the Notifications & emails page then click Save!

Now BetterWorld will send you a text whenever you are outbid! Here's what they will look like:
