How to use, edit & share your organization's profile page

Your team's profile page is the donor-facing page where donors can read about your team and view the different campaigns you have set up in BetterWorld. It's a good page to share with your donors if you have multiple campaigns running at the same time

1. To view your profile page, log into your admin dashboard and click on your team's name in the upper right-hand corner.

2. Next, click on the name of your organization listed at the top of the dropdown menu.

3. That will bring you to the profile page! It will look similar to this:

To return to your dashboard, just click Dashboard in the upper right-hand corner.

To edit your profile page, head to Profile Settings in the dashboard.

You can also follow this quick step-by-step guide to edit your profile page:

1. Click your organization's name in the top right corner of the screen. Then, click Edit Profile in the dropdown menu.

2. Once on the General Settings page, click Add image to upload your profile image.

3. Click on the grey box to upload an image from your computer.

4. Choose the image to upload from your files, then click Save.

5. Next, you can edit your profile details. Here you can add the location, a website, year founded, mission statement, and an about section. If you make any changes, be sure to click Save.

6. At the bottom of the page, you are able to add the handles of your social media accounts for Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

7. Next, click Cover image in the left sidebar, then click Add image.

8. Click anywhere within the grey box or click Browse.

9. Choose the image you would like to upload from your files. Before clicking Save, you can adjust the image by zooming and resizing.

10. From here, you can also edit the donation button, feature campaigns, and find your live event pre-registration form. We have separate guides for each of these to help guide you through editing these sections.

You can share your profile page link or use the automatically generated QR code.

To Find the QR code follow these steps:

1. From your dashboard, click on your organization's logo on the top, right-hand corner.

Then, click on Team Settings.

2. Once on the Team Settings page scroll to the bottom of the page and find the QR code.

Click on Save Image. This QR code will now download to your computer.

Please Note: If you change the URL (web address) of your profile page at any time, the previous QR code will no longer work, and you will need to download a new one.
