After purchasing your ticket(s) to an organization's event, you will receive an email confirmation and receipt. The ticket will be attached to the email as a PDF with a QR code. This QR code can be scanned by the organization to check you in at the event! Once opened, it will look something like this:
The first place to look to find your ticket would be in your email inbox. All receipts are automatically sent there. Just search "BetterWorld" or "[email protected]"
The second place you can find receipts is in your BetterWorld account. First, head to My Account, and click on the product that you're looking for (i.e. a donation receipt, a ticketing receipt, etc.). Lastly, click View next to the transaction to see the receipt.
