You will receive an email confirmation/ receipt when you purchase tickets to an organization's event. The ticket will be attached to the email as a PDF, alongside your confirmation receipt!

Your tickets will have a QR code attached to it, which can be scanned by the organization to check you in at the event! Once opened, it will look like this:

To find your ticket, the first place to look would be in your email inbox. All receipts are automatically sent there. You can search "BetterWorld" or "[email protected]"

The second place you can find receipts is in your BetterWorld account. Head to My Account, and click on the product that you're looking for a receipt for (i.e. a donation receipt, a ticketing receipt, etc.). Click "View" next to the transaction to see the receipt.
