When a donor makes a pledge through the Paddle Raise campaign, they will be prompted via text and email when they first make a pledge. Here is an example!

Please Note: If the donor has not completed the pledge after about 12 hours from the moment they placed the pledge, they will receive another reminder via text and email.

If the donor has not yet fulfilled their pledge after these two reminders, the admin will be able to send yet another reminder from the dashboard. Click here for a step-by-step guide on how to do that!
