Pledge reminders are notifications sent to donors who have made a pledge using the Paddle Raise campaign, prompting them to complete their checkout for the pledged amount. These reminders are sent via text and email.

How Do Pledge Reminders Work?
Initial Notification: After making a pledge, donors receive a text and email notification prompting them to complete their pledge.
First Reminder: If the pledge is not completed within 12 hours, donors receive a second text and email notification.
Additional Reminders: If the pledge is still incomplete after 12 hours, the account administrator can send further reminders manually.
