After you enter the winning bids and close the live auction winning bidders will be emailed an invoice and promoted to pay for their winning bids.
Here is an example of what the email will look like.
From the email, they can click on the "Go to checkout" button to pay for their winning bids.
The “Go to checkout” button will lead the winning bidder to a checkout page where they can add a card or pay with one they already have on file. They can choose what optional fees they want to cover and click “Pay now” to finish their payment.
Winning bidders will automatically receive a receipt email. This email includes a button that links to the fulfillment center.
On the fulfillment page, they can view details about fulfillment, choose their fulfillment method, and send the organization messages. To note, shipping is only an option for your winners if you add it as an option in the Fulfillment & Shipping settings. Here is an article that explains more about how to add shipping as an option.
