How Ticket Purchasers’ Guests Can Register for the Event

The Process for Registering Guests of Ticket Holders and Ensuring a Smooth Check-In Experience

After purchasing event tickets, donors will be emailed a receipt. That email will contain a unique link that they can forward to their guests in order to claim their ticket and register for the event. Ticket purchaser cans always find their email confirmation/receipt by searching "[email protected]" or "BetterWorld".

Here's what that email looks like:

After clicking the link, a ticket purchaser's guest will be redirected to the Guest Registration page. From here, they can claim an unassigned ticket by clicking the blue Register button:

After clicking Register, guests will be prompted to enter their contact information. If they have used BetterWorld in the past, they can also log into their account to quickly complete registration:

In addition, guests are encouraged to fill in the Payment Information portion of the form for easy participation in all the campaign at your event (Paddle Raise, Auctions, Giveaways/Raffle, etc.). When completed, guests simply need to agree to our Terms and Private Policy before clicking the blue Register button.

That’s it, now your guests are registered for the event! Their name and contact information will appear on the Check-in page ensuring a quick and easy process for everyone!
