Yes! You can add Instant Items to your live auction, but the payment for this item must be made through an "online bidding auction" to ensure the backend process is completed. Here's how it will work.
First, you'll need to create your live auction and follow this guide on how to add Instant Items.
Then create another auction and choose online bidding when prompted. You only need to add the Instant Items to this auction and you can keep it set to private so none of your bidders see it. This auction will only be used for your organization to pay for the Instant Items that have been won in your live auction.
Next, host your auction! Once the auction ends, enter the winning bidders/bids including the Instant Item winners. Here is a quick article that shows you how to charge your winners.
Once your Instant Item winners have paid you will head to the online bidding auction you set up and place a bid for the reserve price using a card that belongs to you or your organization. The reserve price is set as the starting bid by default. Once you pay for the item at the reserve price this will automatically notify our team!
A member of our team will reach out to you via email with fulfillment instructions and you can just let us know the name and email of the actual winner. We will do the rest and connect them with their item!
