You can now add a PDF ticket to your guest's confirmation email! When your guest purchases their ticket(s) they will receive an email confirmation/ receipt. You can choose to include a PDF attachment in their email, which will serve as their ticket.
To include PDF tickets click "Manage" on your ticketed event, then navigate to your Settings, under the section "Event Details" you will see "Attach ticket PDFs to order receipts". Click the box to include the PDF tickets.
The tickets will now be sent as a PDF attachment in your donor's confirmation receipt! The tickets will have a QR code attached to it, which can be scanned by your organization to check your guests in at the event! Once opened, it will look like this:
Check-in at the event with PDF tickets is super simple! To check-in guests first, open a browser tab on the device you'll be using to scan the QR code, go to your dashboard, click on Ticketed Events, then click on Manage. Next, click Attendees.
Now that you have that open, all you need to do is scan your guest's QR code with your device's camera or QR code scanner! It will then take you directly to this page to check-in your guest!
